The Free Submit Service

You may use our Free Submit Service for all web forms you create with SpreadsheetConverter. The free service simply sends you an e-mail for every completed form, with the form fields and their values in a table.

Using the service is very simple and it takes less than a minute to get started. When you convert a spreadsheet into a smart web form, just enter the e-mail address you wish to use for submitted forms.

When your form is uploaded to the web server, users can enter data into it and submit the completed form for processing. Our server determines the correct e-mail address and forwards the submitted form to your Inbox.

The Advanced Submit Service

If you upgrade to the fee-based Advanced Submit Service, each e-mail contains a “screenshot” of the whole form, including graphics and charts, maintaining the original form layout from the web server. This makes it much easier to interpret the contents of the form during post-processing.

The Advanced Submit Service also stores received forms in a cloud database for later retrieval. You can sort and filter the saved forms in various ways. Customized reports, for example all forms that were submitted last week, can be downloaded. The Advanced Service subscription includes cloud storage for 100,000 saved forms.

The Advanced Submit Service supports many additional features:

• The e-mail contains the form’s contents also in PDF and CSV format.
